Friday, July 6th from 4:30pm – Conference Dinner @ Yering Station Winery

The conference dinner will be held at Yering Station winery, located 10 minutes drive from the conference venue (transport to/from Yering Station will be provided). Yering Station is Victoria's first vineyard, established in 1838. A family-owned and operated winery, Yering Station was honoured with the prestigious 'Winemaker of the Year' at the International Wine and Spirit Competition in London, 2004.

The conference dinner evening will commence with a tour of the Yering Station winery, including a brief history of the property and surrounding area and viewing of the winemaking facilities and discussion on winemaking techniques. Followed by an educational wine tasting session in the heritage-listed historic cellar door, there will be opportunities to purchase local Yarra Valley and regional Australian produce.

The conference dinner will then be held in the Wine Bar Restaurant, which features expansive views overlooking the Yarra Ranges and a menu focused around fresh, seasonal produce from the Yarra Valley region designed by Head Chef, Laura Webb-James.
