Please note that each accepted paper must be accompanied by one full non-student registration and that each full registration can only cover one paper!

QoMEX 2012 will be held at The Sebel Heritage Yarra Valley, a luxury 4.5 star golf and spa resort situated at the foothills of the Yarra Valley. Located 45 minutes by car from the Melbourne CBD, transport between the venue and Melbourne will be provided for delegates (included in the workshop registration fee).

Due to the remote location of the venue and whilst there are other accommodation alternatives in the Yarra Valley, there is limited transport available. We have therefore negotiated very competitve rates for all workshop delegates to be accommodated on-site at the workshop venue. Accommodation costs are paid for on the online registration site.

Please note that all prices below are indicated in Australian Dollars (AUD) with GST included.

Workshop registration costs include:

• One copy of conference proceedings in electronic form on USB (no hard copy of the proceedings will be produced)
• Admission to all workshop sessions: keynotes, papers, panels, posters
• All meals (lunch, dinner, coffee breaks) at the workshop venue
• All social events (including Welcome BBQ, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner)
• Bus transport to and from Melbourne CBD

Please note that:

• The King deluxe room cannot be shared between two delegates, it can at most accommodate one delegate and their partner
• Accommodation costs include breakfast
• Accommodation is a minimum three night stay
• Twin share accomodation is primarily for graduate students - the registration site can register two people at once for the twin-share rooms to ensure correct room allocations.
